I read that in a book in a bookstore the other day.
"Why Not Me?" - Donny Deutsch
And it really rang true for me. So simple. Yet so profound. I read that, and I stopped dead in my thoughts and asked myself that very question.
Why not me?
And I didn't have an answer. I had no reason at all for why not.
And that made me realize that I had nothing in my way. And nothing can stop me. Success is inevitable, as there is no reason for Why Not Me.
Other people are making shitloads of money selling stuff online, why not me?
This job needs to be filled, why not me?
That girl is going home with a guy tonight, why not me?
I guess it was a realization for me to stop making fucking excuses and to get to work!

Tevin, you're a smart guy, and have awesome characteristics to become an awesome leader in whatever you choose to do. Now all I have in my mind is "Why not me?" But I know the answer... I'm naive, politically challanged and horrible at fighting or pushing the limits. Continue doing what you're doing, and I assure you, you'll be at the top sooner than you think:o)
