The job is going... interesting. It's not at all what I thought was going to be. I'm more "action" orriented. Meaning, I like to see results from things that I am doing. Rigth now what's happening will give more of a risdual return. Long term effects... fuck that. I want the now.
So I got offered a job as a mortgage broker as soon as I'm done here in June. I'm going to take the job for the summer and see how I do.
My best friend his first month on the job not only made 2000 in salary, is also going to make around 10-25k in commissions depending on how many of his loands clear through the bank. But nonetheless, he's really good at it. And I hate it when my best friend is better than me at something. And I want to beat him!
And on top of that! He and I have a bet. The person with the lower of the two Year To Date Income, must PAY the other persons rent/mortgage AND take the winner to dinner at a resturaunt of their choice. And I cannot let him win!
