Sheer Boredom Prompted This Post

Prez day. I have the afternoon off. And I've been dinking around myspace and such lately. And thought. Oh shit. Yeah. I have a blog.

And I went back and just read about 80% of all the posts I ever made.

It's really made me see how much of the same person I was when I was 18 and started this blog. And also, how I am nothing like the person that started this blog two years ago.

I have grown so much. And feel so differant. But I still retain the same spirit and values that I wrote about 2 years ago.

More experiance as an "adult" is continually changing my views on the world. Which I assume is only to be expected.

I will let the long time readers know:

My only get rich quick ventures never turned into anything over a couple of a hundred dollars over several months.

I lost the bet to Eric. He made about quadruple the amount of money I did. (This year will be a differant story)

I am no longer working for the school district. I have been a mortgage broker since June 2006.

I quit the first mortgage company I worked for on October 15th, and have since been working out of my home office, partnered with Eric trying to run the show ourselves. AmericaOne Finance represent!

I have only dated for a combined total of 1 month in the last 4 years. Which was September 2005.

I have a really big crush on this girl name Krissy K. Some may say she's unobtainable. I say "ye have little faith".

I wear sweats to work everyday.

I am disappointed in my progress professionally. My work ethic, and self-disiplice are lacking. I need to find something to help me improve.

I still love life.

Guiness is the best imported beer.

Harmon Brews are the best locally.

Piggy B's New Pad

Well the Benis has moved out. And got a "career" (aka Mortgage broker. I've been in the business about 4 or 5 months now.).

So here's this is what it looks like where I work AND live. Lets take the virtual guided tour:



Then as you walk down the hallway past the two bedrooms. You'll enter the Office. Notice the view of the entire downtown industrial tacoma. Port of Tacoma is either the 2nd or 3rd largest port on the west coast. I believe it brings in every Kia sold on this side of the Missipy. Also notice the Tacoma Dome. And due to the overcast you cant see it. But just to the left of the Dome, we have a view of Mt. Rainier.





Next we turn around. We see the humble kitchen with an island. Then we move on back toward the door, and we see my humble room. It has an attached 3/4 bath. And my bedframe is on backorder but have been assured I will recieve it sometime in the month of November. And the Entertainment center is also on its way.

The fact that KOW can post daily for over 2 years astounds me. I'm always thouroughly entertained by his writings, and it makes me sad that I can't take the time to be interesting, at least a couple times a week. So I can write about it.

Maybe I am interesting. And I just don't notice the interesting, enough to think to write about it. But then doesn't that just make me uninteresting by default?

Oh well, I guess I'll continue to live a life of unnoticed dull and "uninterestingness".

The fact that KOW can post daily for over 2 years astounds me. I'm always thouroughly entertained by his writings, and it makes me sad that I can't take the time to be interesting, at least a couple times a week. So I can write about it.

Maybe I am interesting. And I just don't notice the interesting, enough to think to write about it. But then doesn't that just make me uninteresting by default?

... Drank a decent amount of my favorite beers Michalob Ultra Amber and Guiness
... Prepared to move out of my parents house
... Drank an excess amount of bad beer

again. Like I said my life is pretty boring right now.

Hiatus

It seems my life has been exceptionally boring as of late. And i've been somewhat busy doing boring things. So for now, I'm going to take a hiatus from blogging until my life becomes more interesting.

And a week has passed

Wowza. It doesn't seem like a week has gone by since I lost my window!

Turns out I wasn't insured for glass coverage. BLAH

But I was actually able to convince my agent, that he should cover out of his pocket, anything above and beyond my deductable. So I still only have to pay $100, not to bad. But not to great either. Oh well. At least I'll have a rear window soon.

Good news is. I've finished writing my course. I've been knocking on the key board for about 3 or 4 weekends now, pounding out my own course on internet marketing. I'll let you all know when I get it up on the interweb.

And uh... what else. I'm reading tons of books. Learning so much about the world of information marketing. I may land my first client for a Direct Response Mailing campaign this month. So that's pretty exciting. Once I develop the plan, I have it set up so I can make somewhere between $30-70k/year risidually. Which wouldn't be a bad start for my first official client.

Everything is finally coming together. I figure I'm on track to be making over 100k a year by the end of september.

Maybe Iwill be a millionaire by the time I'm 25. (which was my goal that i set when I was 14.)

Oh right! I went to court for my ticket and got it deferred... I'm boring. And I'm done.
